Help Printing, Saving and Viewing Files

Certain file presentations on this site may be in formats that may not automatically display in your web browser, because you do not have the necessary software installed. If this is the case, then you can download the software needed to view these files. These downloads are free and require no user software license. Click on the icons below to access the respective software download site.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, the software can be downloaded at this site. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view our Diabetes Education Series and Regional Profiles.

File Saving Instructions

If you wish to save one of the presentations directly to your computer, click the "right-button" on your mouse device while on the link, select "Save Target As..." from the options displayed, then follow the prompts and select the directory you wish the file saved to. The file will than exist as the respective PowerPoint, or Adobe document on your computer hard-disk. When actually viewing files you may choose the "Save" or "Print" options available on the Top toolbar.

For PowerPoint presentations, once you have opened the saved file using PowerPoint Software, you can select "presentation" to run as a Slide Show, select "slide view" to print overheads, or select "notes page view" to print presenters notes.
